Bring some warmth into your Maine winter by learning how to knit! No experience necessary. Just bring yourself. Nimble fingers. And a can do attitude. You’ll soon be outfitting all your friends in wool!
Cost of class includes all materials (yarn + needles) to make one adult hat with (optional) pompom, as well as coffee and pastries. Participants will also receive one complimentary beer when tasting room opens at noon.
After the official class; I’ll be around until 1, working on my own knitting project + available to answer questions.
I'll also be at Austin Street the following Thursday evening from 6-8 for an optional, casual drop-in session. Come by for help finishing your hat or support with a new project. This session is extra at no cost, but I ask that you bring one new or like new winter accessory (hat, mittens, warm socks, etc) for kids to be donated to the Opportunity Alliance in support of their work with families in need. Gotta help keep kiddos warm!
